Blanca Claeyssens founded ASA France with a simple conviction: most failures in complex projects do not originate from technical incompetence, but from operational misalignment, communication breakdowns and risks that remain invisible until execution.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience across aviation, transport, claims management and industrial operations, Blanca brings aviation-grade operational discipline to critical projects where there is little margin for error.

A former airline captain and flight instructor, she developed extensive expertise in decision-making under pressure, human factors, risk anticipation and operational leadership. These principles now form the foundation of ASA’s approach to operational assurance.

Throughout her career, Blanca has supported project owners, EPC contractors, manufacturers and industrial clients in managing complex operations, heavy transport projects, marine warranty surveys and risk prevention assignments.

Today, she focuses on helping clients anticipate operational risks, align stakeholders and protect execution in critical environments such as nuclear, defense, aerospace, heavy transport and energy.

Blanca is committed not only to supporting individual projects, but also to raising standards across entire industries. Through her active involvement within GIFEN, she contributes to the transfer of aviation-inspired operational practices into the nuclear sector. As a Board Member of ESTA (European Association of Abnormal Road Transport and Mobile Cranes), she also contributes to the Health & Safety and Training workgroups, supporting initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, competence and risk management throughout the European heavy transport industry.

Peter Caekebeke leads ASA France’s transport engineering and execution assurance activities, helping project owners transform complex transport concepts into executable operations.

With more than 20 years of international experience across heavy industry, offshore, energy, infrastructure and project cargo, Peter combines technical expertise with extensive field experience gained on some of the world’s most demanding projects.

His career began in large-scale industrial and marine projects, where he held technical and operational leadership roles on major international assignments, including LNG developments, large infrastructure programs and complex heavy lifting operations.

Peter’s expertise spans transport engineering, heavy lift operations, logistics engineering, operational risk management and project execution. His approach focuses on validating operational assumptions, identifying execution risks and ensuring that critical operations remain feasible under real-world conditions.

At ASA France, he works closely with project owners, EPC contractors, manufacturers and industrial logistics teams to challenge methodologies, manage interfaces and maintain control throughout project execution.
